Berkeley Club of Hong Kong, thanks to the generous support of over 30 sponsors, hosted the first-ever seated black-tie gala “Hong Kong Berkeley Ball: A Starry Night” which featured Berkeley luminaries Nobel laureate George Smoot III and the Berkeley Men’s Octet. Mistress of Ceremonies was Ms. Luyang Jiang (’05) of CCTV. The ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong welcomed 350 alumni and friends for a memorable evening of fun.
