Leadership

The Berkeley Club of London is run by a small group of dedicated alumni volunteers, placing their professional expertise and diverse areas of interest at the service of the university and fellow Golden Bears. Our goal is to help you reconnect with Berkeley when you arrive in the U.K. or just connect with us if you are passing through.

Geoff graduated from UC Berkeley in 2001 with a degree in Political Science. Realizing he would have to go to graduate school in order to make a living with that degree, Geoff went on to Loyola Law School. He graduated in 2004 and passed the California Bar that year. He was a litigator in San Francisco for three years before qualifying as an English solicitor in 2008. He is a partner at Bircham Dyson Bell and head of the will and trust disputes team, and is part of a market-leading firm that acts for individuals, family offices, charities, and institutional trustees. Geoff continues to be actively involved with UC Berkeley and, for his sins, keeps up with Cal football.
