John has extensive experience in business and legal matters involving Hong Kong, China, and the U.S. From the mid-1990's, he has been based in Hong Kong  providing legal counseling to clients including startups and their investors. He is also an active angel investor, startup advisor, and startup co-founder. He is the Honorary Legal Advisor to Hong Kong Business Angel Network and author of a recently published comprehensive book on the angel investing scene, "Angel Financing in Asia Pacific".
