Join us online for a livestream cooking “Happy Hour” with Cal alum Michael Lui ’10. In 2012, Michael traded his job in finance for a one-way ticket to Paris, where he trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute, which then led to his working in some of the finest Michelin Starred restaurants in France and Hong Kong, such as Joel Robuchon and the Four Seasons Hotel. But, when Michael is at home, he likes to whip up something simple like fresh-made pasta and roasted veggies.
